

Hi, I’m Tracy — sourdough baker, wife, mom of two (one of them now taller than me) and lifelong lover of real, simple food.
I grew up on an organic farm in Iowa, where gardening was easy and being surrounded by fresh produce was not a luxury. Living in Florida, I have learned to be resourceful, hauling produce back from my travels and focusing on quality ingredients and simple recipes. These days, what started as a hobby has turned into something bigger, one crusty loaf and salty cookie at a time.
With Flour + Fare, I’m hoping to share that homemade goodness — baking food that’s tasty, clean and naturally leavened (because good things take time).
Find FLOUR + FARE at the Seaside Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 9am - 1pm (year round).
